To request to participate in an upcoming summer or winter commencement after your degree has been awarded, please complete the form below. The Office of the Registrar will review the request and respond with an email notification of eligibility to participate in the chosen commencement ceremony.

Requests to participate in a Spring commencement as a returnee cannot be accommodated. Additionally, submission of a request does not constitute approval. Please check the commencement returnee website for submission deadlines prior to completing this form. If you submit this form after the deadline, it may be denied. Requests are approved at the discretion of the Commencement Department in the Office of the Registrar.
