BIOL 11900 - Principles of Structure and Function
Credit Hours: 4.00. Introduction to the structure and function of biological organisms at the cellular and organismal levels. Principles of cell structure, function and information; energy flow within cells; structure of function of plants and animals; integration of physiological processes; development of plants and animals. This course is open only to science majors. Prerequisite: placement at or above MA 15300 (or equivalent). Instructor's permission required for non-biology majors.
