Basic problem-solving strategies, heuristic search, problem reduction and AND/OR graphs, knowledge representation, expert systems, generating explanations, uncertainty reasoning, game playing, planning, machine learning, computer vision, and programming systems such as Lisp or Prolog. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
