It also covers issues, problems, and opportunities that information systems (IS) executives and general managers face when managing IS resources in their organizations. Includes lectures, presentations, case analyses and discussions, and a World Wide Web project. Case discussions cover real situations and deal with the operational and strategic decisions that every IS manager has to make in managing and exploiting the available information technology.
