AGEC 33300 - Food Distribution - A Retailing Perspective
Credit Hours: 3.00. Distribution factors that affect the food industry. Particular attention to the food wholesaling and retailing sectors. Presentation of economic tools to evaluate performance in the food industry. Discussion of the relative importance of each of the major departments in the modern supermarket.
