There has been increased application of pharmacogenomics knowledge in clinical practice right now. Therefore, it is an urgent need to integrate the pharmacogenomic knowledge into the pharmacist education and training program to meet the immediate requirements in the current and future clinical practice. This course is designed to introduce new knowledge about the theory and concepts of pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine to professional pharmacy students for meeting the requirement for their Pharm D degree.
