Management planning and decision making, process costing and allocation, operational control, management control, activity-based costing, and multi-attribute decision-making models are covered. Theory of constraints and lean implementations in aviation are studied to understand the short and long-term effects on financial measures. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
