Evening Exams Required., PHYS 218 PPI is more suitable for students who have not had any physics or are not confident with their prior college physics experience. College level math is not required to be successful in the course; all math practice needed in the course is embedded. Freshmen are encouraged to take the course. It will be taught in a group style learning environment under the supervision of multiple instructors in an inquiry-oriented mode rather than traditional lecture. Students are expected to work independently throughout the semester.
