Nonlinear and nonparallel effects; the Parabolized Stability Equations; receptivity; transition prediction. Effects of compressibility, heating, roughness, turbulence, noise, curvature, etc. Turbulent spots and the extent of transitional flow. Prerequisite: AAE 51100.
