Credit Hours: 3.00. Students will develop their analytical, decision-making, and communication skills related to marketing management of food systems in the world economy. They will analyze a foreign market's potential and market entry strategies; compare consumer differences and similarities across markets; define issues related to marketing mix standardization or adaptation; and evaluate effects of economic, social, and legal environments on marketing strategy.
