Credit Hours: 3.00. Survey of the theoretical and empirical literature dealing with human communication behavior as it occurs within the context of complex organizations. Among topics covered are superior-subordinate communication, communication networks, message distortion, feedback processes, internal corporate mass media, managerial-communication climate, semantic and stylistic dimensions of messages, and communication in decision making.
