CHM 64600 - Kinetics And Mechanisms Of Inorganic Reactions
Credit Hours: 3.00. Chemical kinetics, reaction orders, mechanisms and rate expressions; experimental techniques; transition state theory; reactions in solution; complex mechanisms; linear free-energy relationships; acid-base catalysis and proton-transfer reactions; redox reactions (electron and atom transfer, oxidative addition-reductive elimination); substitution reactions of metal ion and organometallic complexes; homogeneous catalysis; and heterogeneous reactions.
