Students will be able to use theory to understand universal physical laws as they apply to chemistry. 2. Students will be able to use theory to understand/predict experimental observations. 3. Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the physical properties and a molecular understanding of chemical reactivity and materials. 4.
