Use experiential observations to illustrate core concepts and general theoretical principles of chemistry. 2. Use theory to understand/predict experimental observations. 3. Demonstrate an understanding of the connection between molecular properties and chemical equilibria. 4. Demonstrate an understanding of the connection between molecular properties and optical spectroscopy. 5.
