The primary goal of the course is to enrich the student's experience in PHYS 15200 by presenting a topic not traditionally covered in first-year physics, such as special relativity, quantum mechanics, or particle physics. The course will meet for 50 minutes, during which time there will be a lecture and/or class discussion. The course will carry honors credit. Typically offered Fall.
