AGEC 53300 - Supply Chain Management For Food And Agribusiness |
Credit Hours: 3.00. Students will develop an understanding of how the theory of logistics is applied as supply chain management for food and agribusiness firms. Through case studies and problem sets, students will analyze and consider contemporary issues and problems. Analyses will focus on tradeoffs among customer service, forecasting, inventory control, information technology, transportation management, warehousing and materials handling, and supply chain planning.
