Learning Outcomes: 1. Students will be able to use theory to understand/predict experimental observations. 2. Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the physical properties and a molecular understanding of chemical reactivity and materials. 3. Students will be able to document scientific information and experimental data and write scientific reports, with graphical presentation of data. 4. Students will be able to plan and perform chemical transformations. 5. Students will be able to recognize and use chemical instrumentation and spectroscopy. 6. Students will be able to identify and handle hazardous materials.
