This course will examine the practical applications of managing the training process in industry and educational settings, including the development of instructional materials from an adult learner perspective. Curriculum design using various forms of media and delivery strategies will be emphasized. This course may also be delivered in an online format. Permission of department required. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
