AAE 33800 - Thermal Sciences

Learning Outcomes: 1. Identify types of problems from thermo-fluid systems. 2. Perform heat conduction analysis for steady and unsteady problems. 3. Perform analysis for radiation heat transfer. 4. Develop deeper understanding of the laws of thermodynamics and their applications to various problems. 5. Apply fundamentals of fluid mechanics to various fluid flow problems. 6. Analyze convection heat transfer problems. 7. Conduct analysis of simple combustion systems such as adiabatic or chemical equilibrium. 8. Analyze simple thermo-fluid systems using fundamentals we learn from the class
