Learning Outcomes: 1. Develop an understanding of the relationship between plants and ecological systems and processes, and their relevance to sustainable design. 2. Have a clear understanding of the concept and measurement techniques of landscape performance and related ecological principles 3. Select suitable plant material and create effective compositions appropriate for a variety of site conditions and achieve different ecological objectives 4. Demonstrate an awareness of sustainable landscape plants utilization constraints and complexities, in aspects of aesthetics, cultural and social, ecological, and economic. 5.
