Learning Outcomes: 1. Describe and use the basic principles of spectroscopy (Fluorescence, Atomic absorption, UV/Vis), chromatography (HPLC, GC/MS, GC), immunoassay (ELISA) and Electrochemistry (Cyclic Voltammetry). 2. Determine experimental errors and analyze data collected from the instruments using statistical methods. 3. Account for the need of bioanalytical methods on biological science and biochemical projects such as toxicology, metabolism, food science and biological samples such as proteins and peptides.
