ASTR 26300 - Descriptive Astronomy: The Solar System
Associated Term: Fall 2021
Learning Outcomes: 1. Think as a scientist by using critical thinking and analytical inquiry, in particular to understand our universe in terms of the laws of physics. 2. Apply basic scientific methods to the solution of astrophysical problems. 3. Use the scientific method and theories to analyze our universe. 4. Provide scientific explanations of the nature of the universe. 5. Acquire an appreciation for our place in the cosmos.
