Learning Outcomes: 1. Identify personal strengths and weaknesses and a plan to build on this knowledge. 2. Recognize the variety of traditional and non-traditional career options available in pharmacy. 3. Develop a personal plan for career development. 4. Reflect on how ethics and professionalism apply to the pharmacist's practice role. 5. Obtain information to be able to outline the content and structure of the Pharm.D. curriculum as well as to be able to explain the professional program application process.
