ASM 49500 - Agricultural Systems Management Capstone Project
Associated Term: Spring 2020
Learning Outcomes: 1. Understand and apply the basic principles of mathematics, science, technology, management, and economics to agricultural systems. 2. Identify agricultural systems problems, locate relevant information, develop and analyze possible alternatives, and formulate and implement solutions. 3. Use economic principles, scientific technologies, techniques, and skills necessary to manage agricultural systems. 4. Recognize and define agricultural systems problems and the impact of their proposed technological solutions in an international and societal context. 5. Understand and participate in performance evaluations, collect, analyze and interpret data, and communicate the results. 6 Demonstrate appropriate listening, speaking, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills needed to interact and communicate effectively. 7. Function with, and contribute effectively to, multi-disciplinary teams. 8. Understand professional and ethical responsibilities and put them into practice.
