Learning Outcomes: 1. Discuss the agri-business climate/economy of the internship country. 2. Demonstrate knowledge of culture in country of internship. 3. Compare and contrast agriculture practices between country of internship and the US. 4. Demonstrate emerging intercultural knowledge and effectiveness in the following areas: a) Cultural Self-Awareness: Recognizes new perspectives about own cultural rules and biases; b) Worldview frameworks: Demonstrates adequate understanding of the complexity of elements important to members of another culture in relation to its history, values, politics, communications styles, economy, or beliefs and practices: c) Curiosity: Asks deeper questions about other cultures and seeks out answers to these questions.
