ANTH 20100 - Introduction To Archaeology And World Prehistory
Associated Term: Spring 2019
Learning Outcomes: 1. Demonstrate an understanding of basic archaeological procedures in the field and laboratory (e.g., excavation, survey, dating methods). 2. Discuss the ethical concerns of collecting, analyzing, and curating archaeological materials. 3. Identify and critically evaluate datasets appropriate for addressing questions about the ancient past. 4. Formulate an interpretive argument that bridges archaeological data and past human behavior.
