Learning Outcomes: 1. Be able to think and write critically about issues concerning environmental issues. 2. Acquire a better understanding of the meaning and consequences that environmental issues hold in Northwest Indiana, across the entire United States, and around the world. 3. Learn the meanings of major concepts in looking at the issues around the interactions between human beings and the environment. 4. Examine their values, attitudes and relations to the environment, other human beings, and other specifics of life. 5.
