Learning Outcomes: At the end of this course, students should be able to: 1. Demonstrate an understanding of basic pathology and epidemiology. 2. Recognize the signs and symptoms of the most common pathogens afflicting fish, amphibians, reptiles, and bivalves. 3. Apply the knowledge acquired during laboratory exercises on how to collect, preserve, and analyze different tissue samples for submission and/or analysis of histopathological lesions, parasites, bacteria, fungi, viruses, and chemicals. 4.
