Learning Outcomes: 1. Discuss the history, organization, and interdependence of international, regional and national civil aviation regulatory systems. 2. Discuss the partnerships and alliances between government, industry, stakeholders and financial organizations to support international civil aviation. 3. Discuss transparency and access to international aviation regulatory oversight programs and efforts to mitigate deficiencies and support efficiency. 4.
